Anyone interested?
« on: June 23, 2007, 01:46:17 AM »
I'm looking for people in the Mobile, Baldwin Co area that would like to get together, for biweekly, or monthy shoots. Wouldn't have to be anything big, just get together, sling some lead, chew the fat and test drive each others guns. Hope to see some of you soon.

Hi Mike,
I live in Ft Morgan.  I'm new into air guns but would like to get together and do some shooting and get some hints on improving
my shooting and just talk too.

Hey Charlie, Welcome to the forum. I had almost givin up on finding someone that wanted to shoot, then here you come,on my B'day no less, hehe. Do you have a place to shoot there, or would you rather come to Daphne? I can setup 60yrd targets no problem, alittle work and I can get 75yrds. Paintballs at 40-50yrds  are fun and challanging. I'm free most any time, so name the time and place.

Hi Mike,
I had forgotten to bookmark this page and almost never found it again.

I have ordered a new gun and want to be at home when it comes--but it won't ship till next week.

I don't have a range set up yet; I'd like to see how you're set up.  My house is on pilings and I just shoot across under it--about 10m, but I can
move up to about 100ft  in one direction and still keep a safe backstop.
I've got a Gamo SSSupreme w BSA light dot site and a Daisy 1000s w/the original scope that came with it, both in .177 .
I can come over to your place next Fri, the 28th if that's
convenient, I'll be in to G S till 1:00 pm and can come over anytime after that.  If so, let me know the time that's
good for you and the address.

I'm not familiar with this forum and wonder how to send an email to you privately.  Maybe you know all that stuff.

Looking forward to it.

I just ordered some lead, maybe it will be here before then, if not I've got more. I don't have much of a setup, just a small table, in the shade, and a shooting lane with up to 60yrds, at the moment. I'll PM you my # and directions. Look forward to it.

Hi Mike,

I live down the road from you in Fairhope.  I'm currently renewing my interest in air guns and just came across your thread in this forum.  At this time I only own a Crosman 1377; however, I plan on buying a rifle in the very near future.  If you are still hosting shooting events I would be interested in getting together to punch holes in targets.  PM or email me with details.

I thought I would bring this up again, in case some of the newer members haven't seen it. cg205 and Curioguy have been over a few times and we have had a blast. If anyone is close enough and would like to get together for a shoot, respond here, or send me a PM and I'll give you directions. I'm about 5miles south of I-10 on Hwy98, in Daphne. I would still like to get a weekly, or biweekly shoot set up.

Might be alittle cool, but I've got nowhere to be, anytime's fine with me. First of next week will be warmer.

The warmer weather will be better for shooting CO2 but I’m ready anytime.  All up to Charlie,  its his toy.
