B3, Destroyer pellet meet's Blackbird
« on: July 13, 2007, 11:35:51 AM »
Camoing away out in my shop and glanced out the window and there he was shoveling feed out onto the ground. It's time to test the new Destroyer pellet out so I grabbed my shop/ truck gun, my fine tuned ShadowCamo B3. I loaded her up and hung her out the window, put the crosshair's on him perched at 20yrd's and sent one at him. Heard the impact, seen feather's fly and he dumped off the feeder and was finished. The Destroyer entered his side, went through and shattered his wing on the way out. My B3 likes em just fine. Ed

Fine shootin' Ed!

I'm a nature lover a heart, and have great respect for the order of wildlife in nature's scheme. I am also of the opinion the Ma Nature, in all her infinite wisdom put Grackles, Starlings, Crows and their ilk on the planet so that dedicated airgunners would have somethng suitable to hone their skills on.

Darn Grackles are my nemisis...........LOL!

Hey Ed,   glad to hear you're B-3 likes the destroyers, wish mine did.  Also glad to hear the pellet performed so well.  I haven't shot any critters yet with em, maybe tomorrow.  BTW,,,, B-3 looks mighty fine  :)

I think that the grackle population numbers in the zillions here.........Except in my yard, it's a bit thinner, LOL.

Please don't construe my "nature lover" comment as a condemnation of hunting and hunters. I have been a hunter in the past, and am one of the first people to stand up and support ethical hunting, and educate the uninitiated about what hunters do for wildlife preservation, conservation in this country.

Now I'm just an ethical vermin population manager, lol.

Real good shootin Ed,

And that baby of yours is a real show stopper ! Beautiful Job !

I don't shoot at many vermin, since they posted my place. hehehe, They really avoid my place ! I through out some stale doughnuts yesterday, and went down stairs to get my 890S, now it only took me 5 minutes at best. And when I looked out in the yard, they were all gone ??? Invisible Squirrels ?

Beside, the police here take a dim view of shootin the neighbors ! hehehe....he

Thanks for letting us know how those C.D.P's are working.
