I was just on the gamo website and they show a new gun due out late august.It is fitted with a silencer with a supposed 52% noise reduction.I guess they got legal approval for selling a silencer on a rifle.Any thoughts on it losing some accuracy.Oh Yeah great site and love the gold trigger on my shadow sport.

You mean the Gamo Whisper, we perfer the word noise reduction or moderator. The (S) word just draw's unwanted attention from the guy's in black hehe. Yes we all were talking about it awhile back, just a Gamo with a noise reduction stuck on the end of the barrel. I don't think anyone has got one yet to give a review on it. Ed

I dont know if they are calling it a s_____r,  but I did find an interesting vender in the MALL section.  It is under Specialty Shops and  MuzzleBreaks R Us.    If they werent so expensive,  I would maybe look into one.  But my own experience in quieting my springer is to put the body through the middle of a sofa cusion.   That made a big diff in dulling the sound.

Yes we all discussed this New Addition to Gamo's line. But anyone that shoots a springer knows, most of the noise comes from the action, not so much from the report from the barrel.



Now if Gamo really wants to quiet down there rifles, a GOOD TUNE would be nice !



I'm sure when it's released, there will be many reviews on, and I believe that most shooters will not notice and change in the noise level.



And you can mention the maker of the GOLD TRIGGER here, Cause There GREAT !!! And because we ain't YELLOW, were AMERICANS ! And Charlie's (Bob's) Trigger is OUTSTANDING, the best thing to have ever happened to a GAMO !

But Tony, don't that make it kinda hard to see your target?!?!?  LOL. I can just see it now:
