I keep the .177 match, and the .22 hunter pellets in my field box well stocked. My beeman .22 (GS1000) really likes the hunters, its about the only thing other than Hobbies it will shoot accuratly - and it does amazingly well with these out to about 45 yards. What I consider 'amazingly well' is consistant sub 1.5-2 inch groups, about the best this gun (and my 3 year old skill) can do with this medium-quality rifle.
The .177 match is about all I shoot in my B3's (2 of them, one stock, the other home tuned), shoot very wel out of those, but my TX hates them (I use CPL's , CPHP's in my TX).
I don't have a gun that likes the .22 gamo match - in every case I've tried, the lighter Hobbies out-performed the .22 gamo match. Just my experiencewithmy with particular guns of course
