First, I get to say the PCP rifles offer a different approach the airgunning as I know it. With my one shot cock-it, load it, shoot-it approach, I could enjoy the change.

I got this question, do you ever have issues about your chin resting on a 3000psi bomb?
I'm sure I would have nightmares.

Awsome looking and shooting rifles.

I never think about the pressure.  Mine is fun to shoot.  Like driving a Rolls Royce, uh, you know, if I had one, lol.

I don't worry about riding around with 16 gallons of highly flammable and explosive liquid less than 2 feet from me in my pickup either.  Actually the HPA tanks are hydroed  and tested to with stand a lot higher pressures , so I don't even think about it. kirby

The resivoirs are tested like Kirby said, same as a SCUBA tank.....plenty of people swimming around with those strapped to their backs:)

On a side note: I also install airbag systems on the products I work on in real life...the air(helium) resevoirs on those are at 6250 psi...I never worry about those either.  Very good testing on those, besides....they are designed to survive a crash and still function!

.

I worried about about a 4500psi tank running at 4900 for a while, but it has a burst plate, so I just make sure it won't hit me if it goes.

The LG300 uses 300 bar, 4400psi, in the tube... think about that... :) :) :) :)
