First harvest for the 1377
« on: August 03, 2007, 05:41:34 AM »
I've had her for just a couple day's, did some target shooting at 25yrd's and got some nice group's going. Well here I am home for lunch and sure enough as I look out my window there's this fella filling himself up on the birdfood. Good time as any, grabbed the 1377 and a tin of Predators and head out back. I load and pump as I work my way to the corner of my house and as I peek around the corner he spot's me and just chatter's. Insulted, I raise the pistola and lay the sight's on the front of his mug and send him my response. I heard the impact and watched him tumble from the feeder and do a death dance for a couple second's followed be stillness. The 1377 has taken her first kill with flying colors, the Predator hit him in the front of the skull right where I wanted it . The shot was from 15yrd's , close enough hehe. Cleaned and ready for supper. :) Ed

Nice shootin as usual Ed. You may want to leave her with the irons instead of a red dot, to keep the weight down, cause I know you will redress her.

Thank's Gentlemen and I've had nothing but success with the Predators, their designed to do one thing and they do it well hehe. Yes mike I was thinking about leaving the sight's but the front one is kinda at a funky downward angle and I was trying to peice together a set of fiber optic's for her, front and back. Any suggestion's guy's. Ed

Great shootin buddy, great pic also.  All you need is a shoulder holster for that pistol and you can her along as a "back up" gun when you're out huntin with the rifles   :)

I was at Bass Pro last weekend and I almost bought one of those. I made a promise to my daughter that I would get her a gun before I bought another one for myself. I ordered her a custom 2250 from crosman should be done in about a week. Nice shooting Ed.
