Relatively less expensive - the Air Force Condor at about 60 FPE at muzzle, I don't know energy left at 100 yds. You need something that can throw the heavist pellets at high velocity. Getting the 26" Mac-1 barrel would add a bit more velocity.
More expensive, and with it much prettier and classy, the Daystate Air Ranger can be abtained at 80 FPE (again, at muzzle).
Although the PCP (vs. any springer) will certainly most accurate if you are truly trying for 100 yards, the real question is - what are you shooting at 100 yards? Most pellets have lost a lot of energy at that point.
