I have been seeing Leapers Red Dot in Pyramids Adds for less that $10.  Has any one used them? I have an old C-3 springer. Any comments on using this type sight on it. 8)

Not the most rugged in the world, but usable on lower-powered airguns.

Good day;
Although not a Leapers, I have used a Trophy multiple reticle red dot on (first) a RWS 48 and (now) Gamo 850.
I fool around with the other reticles but rely on the 3 MOA dot.
I find it to be extremely accurate for the "dialed in" distance.
Admit that I only utilize it for field target and plinking.
You acquire the target quickly and pull the trigger.  Little concentration (like with cross hairs).
With the 48, if you could see the object you could hit it (and I mean the very small stuff).
With the 850, equally deadly at 150 feet.
For the field, nothing beats it in my opinion.

Regards;
Mike

P.S. No magnification, you know.
P.S.S. I do have the Leapers 4X Bug Buster.  Incredible for the price.  Lots of fun.  And Leapers hails from here in Michigan!

I think their stuff is all made in the PRC though.
