I had gotten an 800X from OnPoint and a closeout Gamo Sporter 500 from Natchez. Bot shot "hard right", the Gamo so bad that there wasn't enough windage adjustment to take care of it.
The Sporter got sent back to Natchez and the 800X to Crosman on Monday, October 15th. The replacement sporter arrived last Monday (a week later), and the 800X arrived today. In both cases they sent brand new rifles, and both guns seem to be good shooters.
Contrast this to Gamo... a year ago I sent them back a refurb 220 that I had gotten at Natchez (now I know that shoulda just sent it back to the retailer). A month later, they send me back - the same gun, unrepaired. I had to send it to them a 2nd time (AND pay for the shipping), wait a few more weeks, and they finally took care of it.
