I read JPShelton's suggestion that we use binoculars and not our scopes when we go hunting to spot game. This afternoon I used a pair of 6 X 32 Cellestron binoculars to search the area around my porch where I hunt in the late PM. He suggested I look for ears and other rabbit parts and sure enough, twice I was able to see parts of jack rabbits that I could not find panning the area with my scope (Leepers 6 X 32 with sun shade - needed in late afternoon here in the high desert of California). I got two shots that I never would have had otherwise, one measured at 55 yards and the other at 40+ yards through two lines of pinon and junipers. This is one of the blessings of a good forum, we get information that helps us enjoy our sport and be better at that we all love to do, shoot air guns.
