"The Starling Shooter"
« on: November 05, 2007, 10:39:45 AM »
The little HW-30 is doing a good job as a Starling and pest control tool. I was reviewing my shooting log on it and this is recorded so far: One male English sparrow, 4 starlings (one yesterday), one chipmunk, and 9 pigeons.

I have been shooting the starlings off the bird feeder! The little pesky things are stealing my dog’s food in the back yard, but can’t shoot them there because I live in an urban jungle. I only have one safety range fan to take them out and that’s were I placed the bird feeder. I hope you all don’t think too badly of me! Here's a picture of the latest one.

Hey Bill,

Great shootin there ! Another Starling eats the final seed !

And "NO", I don't think badly of you, your performing a public service, as long as you do it safely ! I think that you are quiet ingenious, thinking of the range fan !!!

And I love that HW-30 and her trophy, sweet lookin rifle, and good shooter too ..

Good Shootin,
