On the Haley PCP tube, how tight should the brass plug be? Should I tightened it as far as I can or just snug it up? Should the o-ring set inside the tube or on the edge between the tube end and brass plug?

on the edge with dielectric grease,just barely tighter than hand tight,the threads dont seal like a oipe the o-ring does the sealing,like when you use pipe dope,it doesnt seal it lubricates the threads.
