Got my new Shadow today.

The shadow I bought off of a classifieds arrived today.  It looks and feels good.  The crowning looks pretty decent, as the person said he recrowned it.  He also painted the stock a darker colour, looks and feels good, and he said it had a home lube tune.  The only problems were with the scope rails.  There different than my old s1k because they end farther up on the barrel.  Therfore I can't mount a scope stop and fit my rifle too.  There was a little recessed area that was drilled out where I could drop a scope stop pin from my mounts, only problem is the pin broke off inside and I can't get it out.  I am going to see how it holds up, I cleaned the rails and tightened the rail screws as much as I could.  Oh, the saftey latch also feels a little harder to move but thats not a problem.  Overall very pleased with it

I'll try and see how it shoots tomorrow if its not raining.  Oh, and I have shipped my other one out to someone who wanted to buy it for the purpose of being a project gun.  Also ordered a walther cp 99 compact bb pistol for christmas, and a crossman 1077 co2 rifle for christmas as well.

Congrats Josh:) , but I hate to spoil your fun:0 , you need to remove the rear spring guide and spring and get the pin out, before you shoot it.:0 Don't need any metal floating around in there.

The pin broke off inside the mount, not the receiver.  Thanks for the warning though =D.
