My New Simmons Scope Arrived Today..:)

After ordering my new Hammerli, I needed a scope for it... Mike had made a post about the Simmons Scopes that were on sale at Natchez, I think a couple weeks ago. So since this scope was not going on a springer, I bought the Simmons Prairie Master. Model # 800963 4X16X40 A/O T/T.. One reason I bought the Simmons was that they are very light weight scopes. It weighs around 12 - 13 oz. which is very very light compared to Leapers, Centerpoint, and BSA. The Hammerli weighs less than 6 lbs so I will be looking at a grand total of just a tad over lbs. Not bad for a air rifle and scope that shoots close to 800 fps.. I just wanted some of the new people on the GTA to know that it is important to choose a good scope and air rifle combination. With a springer you could not use this modelof Simmons scope. It would die quick.. This scope was on sale for $54.99 and that is one heck of a deal for such a good quality scope.

I figured one of those scopes would work on one of your babies,or you'd get one that it would work on,hehe. And I'm with Ed, where's the pics, you know we love them pics,hehe. Wish they would ship to AL.
