Well, my Christmas present got here yesterday.....

A Gamo Shadow Sport! Had enuff time to swab the bore and make sure screws were tight and take 5 shots. She shoots. I really don't like winter. Days are so short, always dark by the time I get home from work and it's been raining or snowing every weekend. Ah well.

In the past 2 months I've acquired an RWS 92, a B2-2A from Mike, and now this Gamo SS. With no time to really shoot any of them. Oh well, spring HAS to come sometime! Gonna be fun!

Rifle looks good. Scope sucks. 3-9x32, no AO. Pretty much useless @ 20 yds at anything higher than 4x. Not a whole lot of twang and the trigger is much better than my Quest 800, although I think it'll get a GRT III after the first of the year. Nice full size rifle with some heft. Nice Christmas present! Just wish I had some time to shoot it.

The 4 gun rack is now full of springers and all the other guns are relegated to the two cabinets. I like to look at the 'springer rack'! I'll try to get some pics when I get a chance.

Congrat's on the new sweetheart, you will like the ShadowSport mine has become one of my best hunter's. I love the winter's and hunting in em, will be heading out tonight for a midnight hunt with the snow on the ground and a nice moon in the night sky. Looks like you have been bitten by the airgun bug !

Like Ed, I love all the seasons for the best reasons, of each seasons reasons !

Spring and Fall, perfect, Summer, a little warm at times, but very nice, Winter, no bugs, and you can dress for any occasion ! I can't sit inside too long, I need fresh air and sunlight.

Sunlight - that's the problem! The only sunlight I see is from the window in my office! None available to shoot with by the time I get home from work.

Yea I was bitten by the addiction long ago. Mostly modding contemporary Crosman pumpers and co2 and collecting classic Crosmans. Then I made a mistake and bought a Crosman 800. I'm finding I really like springers. No fancy Yurapeein guns(yet), but the springer bug has definately hit. I'll see what I can do about some pics.
