This is not true I mailed the parts over 2 weeks ago USPS. I really wish people would use email or better yet the phone when problems with transactions occur rather than running out crying wolf. I did get the payment promptly in cash of all things so if I was gonna screw someone I would simply say I never received payment. I was out of town on vacation with my family when the payment arrived and mailed the package out the next week.
Something I've noticed throughout the last 10 years of being on every forum even the ones' no longer around is that for the most part airgunners jump the gun way too soon! Myself included and it's really sad considering we are all supposed to be a band of brothers in a hobby we all love and are trying to promote in a positive manner. Again, I am sorry for any problems with the shipment but posting stuff like this doesn't resolve te problem and makes me never want to conduct another transaction online. I have a busy life with kids, work and home chores and just didn't think it to be a problem as I heard no word good or bad.

Respectfully Submitted,

Donnie Miller

Just my 2 cents worth.  USPS is a sure way to start an argument such as this.  I know they can be reliable but when they're not, they don't care.  My mother-in-law works for the USPS and she has confirmed that if an insured package gets lost in the mail, they won't even start to look for it before 30 days has expired.  There's no telling what the process is for uninsured packages.  Their tracking is utterly useless too.  Even they can't tell you where the package especially if it gets lost or delayed.  It's worth a trip to the UPS store where you'll get free insurance for the first $100 and quality tracking to boot.

What is not true?   I still have no parts.

You didn't think there was a problem?  But you responded to one of my PM's with the following...

I mailed the parts the 14th and left out the 20th to go on a weeks vacation. I'll be home on the 2th and will check my mail. I am really sorry you didn't get the parts and sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Please trust that I sent them to you. I did receive your money already and feel very bad you haven't got your parts. I know how that feels. I'll be in touch when I get home! Soory again

Your belated sympathy, puts neither cash in my pocket, nor parts in hand.

I had made this original post, and was going to write it off to experience, but did want a public record of the transaction. But since you brought it up, I feel it only appropriate for all to see, you WERE aware of the situation, and now try to sweep it under the rug.

I'm sure you'll want the final word Donnie, as I have nothing further to say, nor any desire to resume communications with y0u. Cheap lesson learned.

Come on guys this is not the way we address things on this forum. Please discuss this via email between the two of you as to not waste space on the forum. If you can not come to a resolution please leave feedback on th the buyers and sellers gate for one another with out slanderous remarks or bashing. I'm not happy for either one of you and no one like the feeling they got screwed, but there has to be some common ground and resolve.

Thanks
Jason

Kliff,

I will give you a refund but first know that I did mail your parts USPS when I said I did and don't appreciate your posting of this in the forum. I will refund your money, lose out on the parts and eat the shipping costs I incured just so you'll be happy. The truth is I too have bought parts, pellets, etc. and never received them. I didn't think I got screwed over by a fellow airgunner but rather the shipper (USPS) probably lost or misdelivered them. Also, I never publicly accused anyone of not following through on a forum page and I'm a mean MF just ask some of the boys from the old days. I used to go at it with Steve and James all time but i never questioned anybody's moral character just their opinions. I used to live in a rural area and had often received someone elses mail or packages but had the "common sense" to return them to the postal service sometimes to only receive them back again but still I made the effort. I am sorry for any mis-communication that might have occurred but I did right by this transaction and now I will do right by this forum even though it's not right to me.

As Jason said, please keep this communication with e-mail or PM's. Use the GTA buyer/seller forum to rate your experience's. But do not slander or bash one another.

Thanks

USPS is not always as reliable as one would think. I lost out on a $35.00 part because of them and my thinking less cost more for me,.
I've learned if using USPS get delivery conformation and depending on the amount of the item even a signed receipt . keeps from having someone saying they never got the package.
just my take
