Crosman 1377...Finally a keeper!
« on: January 13, 2008, 11:18:00 AM »
Was hesitant about ordering the 1399 stock, but had a BSA Red Dot lying around, and voila! This combo turned this pistol into a very nice .177 cal. pumper.  The stock is heavy and the pistol feels much better now.

I've grown used to curling my trigger finger around the protruding safety in the "fire" position, so it comes naturally, now.  This safety problem almost prompted me to sell it.  Now, it's a keeper...not a weeper.

I'd like to find some of that wrinkly/crinkly black paint that would make the forearm match the stock.

I have mine set up with the shoulder stock and a red dot also,,,, great little shooter.  I camo'd the entire gun with a woodland type paint scheme,,,, came out nice.   Mine shoots variety of pellets extremely well and I've taken quite a few starlings and pigeons in the backyard with it.   Best of luck with the gun.....

THIS AIRPISTOL IS PROBABLY THE BEST ON THE MARKET, VERY POWERFUL AND I SUGGEST USING BEEMAN 11.5 GRAIN SILVER ARROWS. YOU STILL GET NEAR 600FPS AND YOUR FOOT POUNDS ARE AT A WHOPPING 11+ !!!

Now you have to get the steel breach they realy transform the guns alot, let alone gives you a solid mount for that red dot or possibly a scope later on!And as for that forarm crylon fuison works very well on plastic!
