fedex cant find my house

This house has been here since 1938, fedex was supposed to deliver my dad's birthday present. Still haven't got it. Checked the tracking number. Said it was undeliverable and sent it back. Hello, I was off that day. No phone call, no fed ex truck. Have numbers on the mailbox and on the fence post. My dad's birthday is tomorrow. Today I took him for a preop appt so that the day after his birthday he can have a tumor on his vocal chord biopsied. My fault, i GUESS fedex DOESN'T USE MAPQUEST OR THE PHONE. Maybe I will get him socks. Sorry, just venting, John

That's no problem that's what your GTA family is here for and I think a few of us have been there too. My first QB57 ended up getting delivered to somewhere else, never seen it again. I was taken care of but waited awhile to get another which is in the Airgun shop right now undergoing a complete tune and paint. Hope all turn's for the better and also hope all go's well for your dad, prayer sent to you and your's. Ed

Well, it is probably a sign to get the rws 850 or the new crosman discovery, or that cz 453 I been looking at. The wife is in school and boy is college expensive after a while, John

That happened to me once. I called them and gave them specific directions on how to find me. They must have written it down because I haven't had an issue since.
If you buy from someone that only ships Fedex(like PA), I'd suggest calling Fedex after you order and tell them you have a package coming and give them specific directions - I'll bet you get your stuff from now on. At least with Fedex you can talk to a real person - not so with the USP main number. I had to finagle a number from our usual UPS driver at the office to get a real live UPS person.
I tend to use Fedex now when possible. UPS moves their drivers around and has so many temp drivers that I have more trouble with them now than Fedex. Had 2 of the last 4 UPS shipments sent back to the retailer because they couldn't find me. And they KNOW how to find the house! Double shipping costs and they WON'T reimburse you!
