.22 CFX for sale (SOLD)
« on: January 30, 2008, 06:59:57 AM »
I'm thinning the heard a little. I don't shoot .22 rifles much, just don't have a need for them and prefer the .177s. I'm selling my .22 CFX. This rifle has a GRT-III trigger installed, it has a 3-9 x40 AO Centerpoint scope in two piece, 4 screw Accushot rings. The rifle has stock internals, is very, very accurate and easy to shoot well. The rifle has approx. 200-250 pellets through it and is in virtually new condition.

I'm asking $230.00 (rifle, scope, trigger) + actual shipping of your choice.
This is about a $320.00 package if purchased separately new.

I'm at work, will post photos later.
The current stable, (arsenal, quiver?): BSA Lightning XL .177, BSA Sportsman HV .22, BSA Ultra .177, CZ634 .177, Daystate Harrier X .177, TAU 200 Senior .177, HW 97 .177, HW 50s .177, HW 30 .177, RWS 92 .177, Gamo 126 MC Super, Gamo Big Cat .177, AR2078A, QB78 .177, Quest 1000 .177, Beeman SS650 .177., Beeman P17 .177.

Chris, nuthin' at all wrong with it, accurate, hits hard. I just don't need .22 air rifles and I'm not shooting it. Need to make a bit of room.

They really are great. With Charlie's trigger and a self tune, I love mine. I recently found out that Crosman Premiers can be loaded into the rotary with no tools and they're deadly accurate. It became my favorite shooter all over again...

Needed - another safe
« Reply #11 on: January 31, 2008, 02:11:21 AM »
This was the last straw - need to buy another safe! Q: How many guns does a fanatic need? A: That's a silly question! We need all we can afford to buy plus a few more for good measure to keep us humble and willing to work.

take some of the blame
« Reply #13 on: January 31, 2008, 02:30:41 AM »
Chris, as you put the fire under me, the least you could have done was provide three or four excuses for the wife on why I need another air rifle when she thought I needed a new bath robe and slippers. Thanks for the help!!

Hey, I figured, since I'm strapped for cash and can't buy anything at the time, I may at least coax other people to do it...

Anyway, enjoy your new CFX, it's a great shooter!
