I ordered some RWS SuperDomes for my CFX and a tin of .20/5 MM JSB Diabolo Exacts for a friend. The JSB's came all over the box with the can smashed almost in half on one side. Lots of deformed pellets. Same night as I got the box at the front door, I emailed Pyramid Air and asked that they call me to discuss a return. Next morning on the email was a note that a new can of pellets was on the way, no questions asked. I call that trusting and very fare treatment that I did not have to beg for or use my cell phone minutes to achieve. They have been strait with me on every order now for almost two years and I buy a fair amount of air gun toys. I shop price like we all do, but they deserve to be up there with the "good guys" by my book. By the way, I know some folks who will use the goodwill and "bend over backwards to please" attitude of a great merchant to take a bit of advantage and get something for free or that they do not really deserve. That just hurts the rest of us as we have to then pay what it costs to keep that merchant in business. This forum self-polices as much as is reasonable and I think that the level of trust we see in our mutual dealings is a sign that good manners is catching.

I've done business with them a number of times - no real complaints.

Pyramyd-Air is just as I thought it would be. A company that takes pride in the world of airgunning providing the best parts, accessories, ammo and shooters that are affordable. As well as offering discounts and pellet offers. PA also offers detailed product information and many products have video reviews as well as customer reviews. Easy site navigation, can get confusing at times but nothing stressful! Anyway, the shipping charges are fair and the processing time is pretty quick. I just wouldn't buy anything that's out of stock, because if you're like me....I can't wait for my new purchase to be delivered! Throughout the transaction, everything was smooth, well informative/detailed emails that provide up to date information on your order. Would do business with again for sure!
