I didn't figure it would last long. He had it in there on a privious post. They're a lot of egotistical idiot's over there. Some people get their jollies buy beating dead animals and lying. We all will have pay for things we have done but some will be broke before they finish paying. Man I love it here.

Hey Trek,

I saw his first post before they deleted it, I thought they might miss it, or have grown up by now, but no, they shut him down. It must be getting somewhat better over there, as they only edited this post this time....lol because he mentioned the Gold Colored trigger ??? They must have seen the serrations on the trigger..:)

I was just browsing the classifieds over there, and spotted it.  Was about to post it here, looks like someone beat me to it!

Guys,

Can I have a serious moment, please? I realize some of you find humor in the behavior on other boards but consider this. If we at GTA start pointing fingers and snickering at them, doesn't that kind of bring us down to their level? I feel that if we handle ourselves on the GTA with courtesy, respect and most of all, honesty, we can hold our heads up knowing we have behaved as responsible adults. I know I am not a moderator on this forum, but I am a member and as such I feel I have a voice here, as do all of the other members.

Ok, I am now stepping off my soap box.

Respectfully,

Ron

Ya I agree Ron, and I have myself pointed the finger on several occasions. And the GTA does not follow there type of leadership. And we share different ideals for commitment as well.

Call me immature but finding humor in someone that can't let go and acts like a child not getting his way does not cause us to sink to their level. To not allow a member to post a link directed to their site or sell a product because it was tuned/modded by a certian person would be sinking to there level.  Pointing fingers and laughing at them is it unprofessional to a point sure but it also reminds us of a direction he are not heading.

Jason,

I respect your views. Heck, having difference of opinion is guaranteed as one of our Constitutional rights. The way I see it, however, is if you give people enough rope, they will eventually hang themselves. They usually can do this on their own accord, without outside influence. To coax it along or manipulate their downfall could later be construed as an improper act. If an idiot wishes to be an idiot and display it publicly, as long as it doesn't impose on another persons rights, so be it. I just prefer to steer clear of such activity. You and I have no quarrel, we just see things differently and I am glad we live in a country where we can do so.

i would like to thank you for opinion with this issue,i myself am a two day old member with this forum which was introduced to me by CDT,i appreciated that, and felt very comefortable, as i was welcomed my first night by a few members that have been around for some time,i am a six wek old airgun junkie........and i luv it...i have tried other forums and have felt intimidated as well as inadequate basically due in part to my lack of airgun  knowledge/experience,  i am not trying to knock any of those forums or it's members,as a new member to this forum,i am questioning myself on the difference between this forum and others,i would truly like to believe that this is not an everyday behavior from members with this forum, truth is i like this forum and would like to remain part of it........no offence intended to anyone.

Joe,

Your questions are duly noted. I may be the one to blame for your feelings of unrest. I apologize as I do not wish to disuade you from enjoying the GTA's friendly atmosphere. I like this place too and was simply trying to offer constructive criticism.

Hey Guys and gals...:) Yes there is a difference between the GTA and the Yellow Forum and sometimes it is hard to over look. It is so obvious that the owners of the yellow censor any post with reference to the GTA, CDT or myself and including the GRT-III trigger along with I do not know all the other stuff.....:) I think Ron had a good point to make but we do not censor anything here on the GTA. Anyone is welcome here and can express there thoughts as they wish as long as they follow the rules and policies of the GTA. The back room is a place for non air gun related comments, opinions etc. No one has broken any rules and the link which Trek put at the beginning of the thread is just typical of how many of usare amuzed at the attitudes of the yellow forum owners policies..:) We have no problem with the yellow forum and many of the GTA members are members of the yellow forum and visa versa. This is a free country and we can go where we want but unfortunately you cannot always say what you want to say in the yellow.. I understand how some of the GTA members feel after being flamed or worse when you have tried to ask an honest question in a post on the yellow forum. Just look at the yellow forum and its leadership real good, because you will never see what you see happening there ever happen here. So with that said everything is ZIN...:) As Shadow would say..:) I feel real comfortable being here with all you members every day. I have learned a great deal from almost every member that has joined the GTA. Thanks Everyone for being a part of the GTA.. A Great Place To Be. Gene
