Day two hunt, location #1
« on: February 13, 2008, 11:44:03 AM »
Well I was back at it today but I thought I would hit two location's, first the grove that's out back of me then Dad's farm. Already suited up and ready to roll by 2:00pm I made my way back out toward's the grove and instead of sitting it out in the blind I did some tracking. Ten minutes in  I spotted this fella on the game trail which was littered with track's munching on some exposed grass. Did my slide behind a tree and peaked around, he hadn't spotted me so with no time to waste with a quick figuring of 20+ yard's I raised the TAC1 and placed the crosshair's on my favorite spot hehehe. Safety off, relaxed and Predator away and IMPACT! which caused him to spin once and expire.:) I reloaded and counted out the yard's, 26 and the Predater struck him about a inch behind the eye. Feeling good about another successful hunt I grabbed him and headed out but what's this?. Up on a branch at about the same distance sat one Pigeon watching my hunt, no witnesses so I set the crosshair's on his chest and sent Predator number two away. It dropped him without a fight and so I grabbed him along with da bunny shot a pic for you all and headed home.

That's exactly what my problem is. I need to find some shooting grounds and remember all that stuff will be there waiting when I get back.
