I’m selling my TF-97 to make room for a new B40. This is a .177 cal. Rifle.
This gun was purchased new from Compasseco Inc. within the last 4 months. The gun is in good condition and fully functional. It has been lube tuned with all its original parts and the leather seal has been reconditioned along with a trigger job. The gun is very smooth and has been fired approx. 350 times total. It’s still breaking in but doing very well.
There are 3 small dings on the stock. Two of them are on the cheek piece/comb area and one on the fore end under the chamber. All of them are so small that I was unable to get a decent picture of them with my digital camera. There are minor wear marks on the cocking lever due to rubbing on the inside of the stock but it is no hindrance to the gun and was addressed in the tune.
It currently fires Gamo Match (7.4gr) at approx. 620 and its’ preferred pellet, JSB Exacts (8.4gr) at between 590 and 600 fps. It has only been fired at 10 yards but I can cloverleaf 5 shots with little effort from a bench position.
It comes with the original iron sights/hooded front site in the original box (double boxed) with the manual.
New, they go for $80 plus shipping. I’m asking for $65 shipped anywhere in the US. Money orders only please.
