Scope Size Comparisons...pics
« on: March 24, 2008, 09:39:13 AM »
When I first got this gun I robbed the 4x32 off of my AS2250

Then I put on a 4-16x56 with Leapers high mounts which is quite huge...and heavy, I think this will become my test scope for checking a guns accuracy and pellet preference from now on.

Now it has the 4-16x40 on it with Beeman Med. mounts I think it looks great in this configuration.

These pics are here to show how it looks in all those different variations.

Enjoy

I agree Joe, the rifle with the 4-16 x 40 on it looks like a good fit.

I went the other way

Had a 4-12 x 40 Sportsman and switched to a 3-9 x 32 Sportsman for the target turrets. I like the setup as the Discovery is a compact package and I think it deserves a compact scope. I shoot mine to 75 yards right now with no problems. First pic is the 40mm, second is the 32.
