being made by a new company headed by a friend of mine, sent me a prototype last weekend. Let me tell you something. This rifle is totally beyond believe!!!
This rifle is a springer, that shoots .177 pellets at over 2300 fps, with the accuracy of an Olympic style rifle, and is almost as quiet as a Gamo Whisper!!! Using new composite springs, and guides, among other materials, this rifle will become the king of springers if his company can mass produce them. My friend "John Doe", assured me that his company has the financial backing to actually mass produce these rifles here in the states. The rifle he originally showed me had over 15,000 pellets through it, and the spring still showed no signs of wear!!!!
I am telling you, this company will make leaps and bounds if they can get through the red tape. I will keep you all posted on this new rifle. Oh...I'll give you a hint on the proposed name of this gun. As of last weekend the model will be the AF 401, (no it is not an Air Force rifle). The name might be "The Knight". As soon as I hear more, I will surley post it here! :p
