heard this one today from my uncle who is pre PC and probably BC. although i don't think the Canadianishers will take any offence, other than sick of hearing it, any way the gist of it was

"The Canadians eat what the can and can what the can't"

i imagine its abooot salmon so at least one of the form members will agree with it
