Another Wall Rack but....
« on: April 08, 2008, 08:07:49 AM »

I bought this one and thought my air rifles would sit up right..:) Sure wish I knew how to tell the difference. They all look the same to me..:) Well anyway I put up the rack and have about 7 or 8 left, so I guess I will have to make another one for the wall that the loose rifles are sitting against..:) Dank, if you know how to tell the difference in the hanging 4 rifle racks fill me in..:) Here are some pictures but just cannot get the quality I am looking for. Guess it is time to trade my camera in for a new one..:)

Still looks nice Gene, especially filled up. The kind your looking for is larger between the hooks. Instead of making, or buying another rack, just send me the ones that won't fit. Better yet, I'll just load them up, before I head home.

I'm thinking that this kind of rack would only work if you replaced the nitrogen in the scopes with hydrogen?

Good one, Chris!

Gene :)  I returned a WalMart online purchased rack already that I had no clue it held guns upside down. Hated it! I closely examined the rack against the proper one on my wall and concluded it's too hard to tell so I now I'll just look for a good pic or description if I ever buy one again. I think I might take the one I have apart and use it as a templet to build another.

WOW Gene,

I have never seen so much beauty on one page, or in one place !!!

I also now know why you became backed up on shrouds and breaks, but I would too, if I had the talent that you do !!!

Looks like the Mona Lisa to me buddy !

Seem to be reminded of a Pink Floyd tune
"All in all, not just another rack on the wall . . .
What beautiful airguns you have, sir.

Thanks everyone for you compliments. It took me 3 years to collect all of them and I am still adding..:) I have to stop sometime but that will never happen..:) Most all of them  have had a major tune by CDT or both of us. He got me hooked after my first S1K tune. Been totally addicted since..:) I do know that I will have to narrow the herd down a bit in order to make room for some more Euro air rifles. But which ones do I sell to good homes?..:) Very hard decision to make since all of them are great shooters and have grown attached to them.. At this point I need another wall unit because there just is not enough room on the two racks for all of them..:) And of course me fiance and future wife will need some of the house in order to decorate..hehe
