Ok folks, the responce has been great! I appreciate all the kind words. Nuthin special, I made little "boxes" like these 30 years ago in high school shop class. I like the one I posted, cause Im fond of the rigid Gamo targets. I will make any size you want. Just let me know your needs. Production starts upon my first reqest. (5 already!!LOL) The traps are free for my friends here.  You must get your own duct seal. (Home Depot& Lowes) elec. dept. Upon delivery you only need reinburse me for shipping. Outstanding!!!  Tim, you're the man, but friend or not (are we friends yet?), I will only accept if I pay shipping costs and a fair price for your work.
I will email you with my order ASAP.  In the mean time, here are the instructions for what I finally came up with this evening for an interim trap without taking apart the old speaker:

1) Buy 3 bottles of good wine in wood box
2) Drink the wine
3) Discard empties and fill wood box with 3 half gal. tubs of duct seal
4) Save the front woodwork to use when storing the pellet trap
5) Cut out replaceable cardboard fronts to drop in the slots.

   I get mine from Pyramid but sometimes can find them cheaper by web browsing. I use both Gamo and Beeman cone traps with duct seal stuffed into them as all my guns shoot out the baffle in the back, especially the .22's. I just asked Tim to make me a Gamo trap and a trap to hold bicycle playing cards. I have an Archer/Dr. Joe trap, it is a great item, better built now in version 2 by Archer but no where as nice as what Dr. Joe was selling before he "retired" to raising his kids.

Thanks Bob, I never have bought those before. Only use printed targets. Is the paper thicker than the printing paper?

Hey Gene, Tim here! The Gamo targets are 5 1/2" square. They are not really paper, kinda like buisness card thickness,rigid. I buy mine from Dicks sporting goods. I bought the last 4 boxes yesterday. I am sending a box to you (100) along with the two traps & duct seal for both. Good shooting Buddy! Tim.

Hey Gene, Tim here! Just got back from P.O. ,big ole box on its way to ya! She says you may get it tommorow, by Mon. for shure.USPS #0308007013738851.  I put duct seal in the traps for you,6 lbs. in the Gamo one, 1 1/2 in the tiny one. Thats 3" thick for both, plenty for even the most powerfull magnums. Included a 1 lb. brick for "touch up". Also a box of 100 Gamo targets. As far as how to pay me?? You already have,,Remember the "deal" you just gave me on the muzzle break for my 350?? That was very nice of you. Just returning the favor! Enjoy the traps my Friend,, Tim. P.S. got more packing tape, now I go outside, sand & pack the other 11 traps to ship to the others!
