logun solo...last pestering post.
« on: April 30, 2008, 12:40:12 AM »
this will be the last pesting post about pcp's ( i hope).  i have done very in-depth research the past several weeks on pcp's comparing different models and reading every review i could find on the internet.  i have eliminated most of the herd either by price, problems, or noise.  i am down to either a webley raider or the logun solo.  does anyone have any experience with this gun?  please comment.

thanx.

I have a solo .22 which I purchased used with 10 shot rotary magazine. I assume the one you would get would be a single shot. The gun is accurate, shoulders nice, likes JSB exacts and is fairly light. I have not shot as much lately since I have been waiting for JSBs for two months.

I had some issues over the winter. I suspect the colder storage area and possibly my fill technique could have contributed to some leakage. There is no gage on the gun to monitor air pressure. I received the gun last summer and had no leakage problems until the really cold weather and the temp in the storage area went from 75 to 80 down to 50 to 55. I have no idea whether my experience is typical.
