Turbo Tune Gamo Nitro 17

Last christmas my wife bought me a Gamo NRA Nitro 17 .177 for plinking in the back yard. I shoot competition pistals on a regular basis with the Practical Shooters Association and I am  my used to having a good trigger for competition. Well this was my first pellet gun and I was really having fun shooting it, but the trigger was not very good at all. After some research I found CHARLI DA TUNA online and he had just what I was looking for. So I took the chance and ship him my gun to have a Turbo Tune with the GRTIII trigger installed. Well It was such a great experience working with Bob who kept me inform about what he was doing all the way thru  the process. I shipped it to him on a Thursday and had it back on Monday with all the test data before and after the tune up can't ask for better service than that. I was so excited to get it back so fast I went right out to back yard and shot about 200 rounds. WOW was all I could say the trigger was better than some of my competition pistals. I have to amit the first shot starteled me, two stage trigger was so smooth with a cleanest break I have ever fellt. With the turbo  tune and the trigger it turn a fun gun to shoot into one I can't put down now. My wife is happy I'm not runniing off to the local gun range as much. I'm new to this whole air rifles stuff and I bought a Gamo cfx in .22 and I was going to get it tuned but I cant figure out how to email charliedatuna for a confirmation.  How did you do it?

     Welcome to the forum.  You will really like it here, it is one BIG FAMILY, no matter what you ask on here, it is not a silly question (personal experiance) the folks here are really nice.  Charlie AKA Bob, really knows his stuff, that is one wonderful trigger, worth its weight in gold.  I have 2 of them, one in my CFX and the other in my Nitro.  Havent done a tune yet, but when the time  comes, he will be gettin my guns.  Glad to have you here, like I am sure you have been told, dont be a stranger.  Oh, we do like pics here too!!!!

Not only is CDT a great tuner but he is one heck of a nice guy.. He is the Co-Founder of the GTA and has put a considerable amount of his knowledge in the GTA Library. For information on tunes, tools, mods,etc., just look in the library and you will find dozens of facts and information that CDT has gathered over the years.
