Fellow airgun hunter/FT shooter SteveV stoped by today with his new BigEd Bam dressed in a simple Walnut (lefty )stock by Brian. This one has a 12" LW barrel and new design shroud. First we all got our finger prints on it then we tried the chrony, 683fps w14.5g Benjamins checke d the air and it had 1000psi. Filled to 2000psi-854fps, bumped it to 2500psi-891, 2650psi-869fps , we shot it a good while and it read 868fps with an ending pressure of 1900psi. Not bad for a hunting carbine. I took mabye seven shots to figure the scope/trigger .... moved the scope three click each way and shot this at 27yards from a shaky bench,

Steve shooting in the yard,

on there bling gig bad's, the other is a RWS52 .25 ,

this shot (# 7 on this chrony) measure 866 after clipping, lol,

Squirrel hunting out back,

show new shroud and hey the stock is alright eh?,

toher side,

raer taper of shroud & SS#,

We hiked the back 140 for a hour or two looking for squirrels but only got within 30 yards of Deer. A nice day with an airgunning friend.
