Predator Pellets
« on: May 27, 2008, 06:02:16 PM »
Well at long last I get a little time to post and long over due if I do say so myself.
About two or three weeks ago we finally got predator pellets in the country I was a little curious to see how they performed so I bought a few tins to test out, And I know a lot of you guys have raved about them in the past so I thought why not.
First test subject was as per usual a possum and we were only presented with an upper body shot which would prove a challenge for most pellets, My first shot hit home right in a lung which with most pellets wont stop a possum but the Predator did and straight after my shot Adam followed it up with a heart shot which also wont usually stop them right away but it was the only other shot we needed to remove it from the tree.
I know I need to play with these pellets a lot more to convince my self for certain but I think they will be No1.

Thanks guys & yup I'm surely going keep on using them cause I'm convinced they are going to be a winner the only sad thing is the amount of time it took to get them into the country Oh well at least we have them now, just hope they can keep up with the demand.

Just shooting them out of my .22 CFX I wont use them in .177 as there is no need but I think they are the best .22 pellet around for hunting.
