Hey Folks,, I am no sissy,, 2 years in Crime scene I have seen it all. Blood Guts & Gore dont affect me. (Too Much). Im a cold blooded airgun hunter,, always will be. I have done stuff with airguns most will most likely not ever attempt. (Many finish up aspects I dare not post) However,, Many, young, old, & PETA types, visit here Im shure. If it was just "Us" it would be differant,, Im just saying, , 'Others are watching". Also, I guess Im just getting older& softer, I have even bathed & blow dried a Rabbit to post pics here. Make no mistake,, the TV hunting shows we all watch are VERY carefull in the way they show RESPECT for the game animals they "Harvest". Im Just Saying,, The PETA Jerks are watching us,, Lets not give them any fuell to strip us of our rights to Hunt Responsably. Tim, what brought this on?  The knife in the Australian possom's shoulder?  That's how they take care of business in New Zealand..

You should have seen the last pics Damage posted.. he slit the throat of a young deer with a knife to finish it off after he shot it in the head with his pellet gun.  They do things the old fashion way over there sometimes.

I know the people you are talkign about.  They hang out on youtube a lot and post negative comments on half the hunting videos, even the night-vision rat hunting videos.  I would like to see how they 'd think if those rats where in their back yard.

Nah no offence taken buddy. I get edgey when people want to take away my rights as well. I try to stay away from disussing politics because it causes so much greif. I understand where you are coming from I just hope it never happens in any life time.

Hey Harry,, I cant believe I posted soft hearted like that. As you know,, I myself last season had to "finish off" a Deer I shot with my 54. Yeppers, a lights out "drop" on that doe!! The "finish off" aspect was not what I feel too good about. Will I do it again?? No,, Im getting a big bore airgun that I know will "Get Er Done"!! Harry, & others,, the knife in the possum dont bother me in the LEAST bit,, just wondering what the "Peta" A- ho$es will do to use it against us? Thats all Im trying to say. Im a HUNTER,, Dont want to lose my rights because of propoganda the peta JERKS can use against us. Tomorow I will be here working on airgun projects for the get together at Genes,, I shure hope a squirel gets careless while Im outside,,to save face,, Im a gonna show Ya what an HP, does to a tree rat on a K-5  lower rear body shot!!LOL!! I suppose we could film how a rat dies slowly from ratsack or a rat trap (sometimes a lot of blood too and not always a clean kill either) and compare it to the clean kill of a well placed pellet.  But really we have to put it into perspective, only the other day I saw on a documentary how a group of lions took down a buffalo.  It took over 20 minutes to kill and some of them began to eat it before  it was dead, It was crying in pain and there was a lot of blood too.  This was on at seven thirty at night and I am sure some of our critics would have been watching it at that time . So - are we going to ban lions too?
