Legal Pest Control
« on: June 02, 2008, 01:03:01 PM »
In SC, it is legal, unless otherwise prohibited by local ordinance, to shoot rodents and other small animal pests that do damage to homeowner's property within 100' of a residence.  Speaking of which, this pest was making a meal of some of the $X,XXX.00 worth of sod we just had to replace about thirty steps out my back door this evening.  As he was shot in the head with a .22 CroMag, it could be considered a "humane" way to control the pest.

Fine exhibition of landscaping preservation Tommy! The bunnies, squirrels and me have an understanding in my yard. They don't mess with my plants and house, I don't send them to a "better place." So far we are maintaining an uneasy truce.

Great shot! And that a nice custom 2250!

Yep those Crow Mangums will sure them down fast and humanely.  I 've used them on a couple of squirrels and work great.  Did not even get a "death dance" out of them.
