Daisy Powerline 880 vs backyard squirrel
« on: June 29, 2008, 02:59:35 AM »
Nailed this sucker in my backyard behind the rose bushes. Distance about 10 yards. My good 'ol Daisy Powerline 880 at 9 pumps with a gold PBA raptor .177 pellet and a cheapo 4 X 15 scope. Shot in the heart/lung area. This sucker jumped a foot in the air then ran about 2 feet, twitched, then went to squirrel heaven.

Happy Hunting!

Good shooting with that Daisy and cheapo scope.

I have a Tasco 3-7X20mm cheapo scope on my real .22 Marlin rifle....looks alot like your scope.  All I can say is once you start buying larger mm objective lens scopes....you ain't going to go back!!!!!  heh heh    It's like night and day.....everything is clearer and the FOV (field of vision) is wider.
