Back to Zen
« on: July 03, 2008, 06:48:20 AM »
I've kept a low profile with my health setback's but the good new's is that I'm finished with the doc's and getting zapped hehehe. All look's GREAT! with my fusebox he say's and it's just a matter of time to get my full strength back, just do checkup's. Ok enough with that stuff now for the good stuff!. After taking out Jr. the other day I've spent the morning's and evening's on location waiting for mamma which I had caught a glimpse of as she ran for the wood's last time. I had setup in the same local, in the bush with the B26, I had the big bad 1250.22 out the other day but no show from mamma G-hog. So there I sat without movement for a hour and a half when I spotted movement coming down the trail and heading for the shed. I already had a Rocket Chambered since they did so well on jr. last time so I pulled her up and placed the crosshair's on the head. Safety off and right then she turned her head and gave me a front shot but then she turned her head just slightly so I placed em on her eye and sent the Rocket away. On impact she jumped slightly and slumped up against the shed with her tail straight up, she was finished. Again the B26 hold's her own and the Rocket look's like a solid hitter, the shot caught her just above the eye. Grabbed a pic for the family and she's cleaned and in the icebox. More to come if I can help it and the shot was 25 yard's from my hide. Ed

Thank's Brody, my baby came from Gene of " AirGunToys" and close friend. He tuned her and she's smooth and deadly accurate. Ed
