In the additional sevices options I saw where the rifle is dry fied to test functionality.
Is this done with the springers or just the CO2 guns?

Andy, that would only be CO2. Dry fire a springer is bad.

Yes, I dry fire the CO2 guns for our Silver Service. With the springers, I'll shoot a few pellets to ensure functionality without damaging the gun. But I'm not shooting for accuracy, just to ensure that the gun works properly. With Gold Service, I shoot for accuracy and produce a test target with all types of gun. Hope this helps!
