FS/FT Career 707 II in .177
« on: July 21, 2008, 12:11:57 PM »
Not a real common caliber for a Career 707 II, but this thing is deadly accurate with CP Heavies and cycles aforementioned flawlessly. Power adjustable from zero to supersonic with a dozen or so clicks +/- in between. Will include 2 magazines and a fill probe. Has one small screw missing from front sight hood, it came that way from previous owner, doesn't effect anything(doubt anyone would want to shoot this with open sights). Other than the screw it is in great condition. Looking for another PCP, just have "airgunitis". Might also consider a high end springer....send offers in email, never know what'll catch my eye:)

Not the best pic in the world, but will take more on request (it looks alot like every other 707 II). Will also take cash, $535 + $15 shipping, PayPal prefered and I'll pay the 3%....Scope and mount not included, but could be for the right trade.

send email to danieljnelson (AT) sbcglobal.net , I check my email very often.

I'm on the BOI with all positive feedback you should be too.

Thanks,

Dan

Hehe, I hope I sell it real fast too, that gives me less time to think about it and shoot myself for selling it:)  This gun is awsome and a real powerhouse for a .177.  I just am trying to tone down my collection a little.  The only time I have enough space to let this one rip is when I go to a shootout at a friends and that usually happens about 3-4 times a year.  I think I would do much better with something a little more on the lighter side.  I love my Big Ed tuned B51, and the power is just right, but I'd really like something a little smaller and a little more european:)  Would almost consider a really nice R7, or maybe even a TX200HC.  I have 4 PCP's at the moment, the biggest has to go!

How about a nice AA S400...

NOT!!!  Just messin' with ya, pal, since you turned me down on the Talon :-).  Don't blame you, I'm starting to think it may well be too wild for me, too.  Hate to admit it, but I think Kirby was right, the S4XX's will spoil a person.  I've spent so much time tinkering with my Talons over the last year, it feels positively weird to have a rifle that all I have to do is fill it, load it, and hit what I point at.  Good luck with that Career, and if you change your mind about the Talon, you know how to reach me.  Later.

Haha, I slept on getting another Talon and woke up cold and shivery, bummer too because yours is one of the nicer ones.

p.s. working on getting my hands on an AA400 for myself as we speak, but shhhhhh....don't tell anyone:)

I know, I try to be good, but sometimes I just can't help myself.  Notice I DIDN'T say I was sorry :-).  Good luck on the 400, this wouldn't happen to be the same gent that has a 200 available, too, would it?  Just emailed him about the 200, figured since you'd already done the sort of 200 thing with the Tau, you wouldn't be that interested.  Anyway, hope it works out, these 4XX's are mind boggling, it'd be fun to compare notes.  Later.

Edit, sweetening the deal..........

.....for the same price $535 + $15 shipping I am willing to throw in a Leapers 3x12x44AO 30mm sidewheel mini mildot scope and mounts:

link to same scope at Pyramid http://www.pyramydair.com/cgi-bin/accessory.pl?accessory_id=818

Not sure of the brand of mounts as I recieved them from another trade, but they appear to be Accushots.

I will be out of town tomorrow afternoon through Saturday, but will have limited internet access, so it may take me a bit to reply to emails, but I will in time. danieljnelson (AT) sbcglobal.net

Thanks,
Dan
