« on: August 04, 2008, 09:08:51 AM »
Has any one replaced the sear spring with a lighter one to reduce trigger pull that would like to share the results . I have mine a part and plan on a hardware store run tomorrow. Marvin

Well I replaced the spring with a 3/16 X 7/8 cut to length .016 wire spring . Put it back to gather and did the shock test several times which it pasted . Did a dry fire and I think it might have helped some . I already had adjusted the sear depth so I guess I have probable done all I can . Tomorrow I will try it out at the range and see if it is any better .Marvin

It is better and worth the trouble as far as I am concerned .It might have taken close to a pound of pull off . I do not have a scale so its just a guess. Marvin
