Wow... nice shooter Timmy!!!! Glad everything worked out for you... Hate to see a deal gone bad. can't wait to see what it can do in the right hands :)  I will be watching the hunting gate to see what you post up next.  I feel the dark side pulling me... I may be joining you all over there, sooner than I thought.

Nice Talon Tim!!

Nice custom grips and forearm, tri-rail and everything!  Very nice indeed :-)

Put her through the Chrony and let us know what she can do! hehehe

I 'll be posting pics of my Airhog tuned Condor very soon too.  I don't know why I haven't already.   I 'm no show-off like you I guess (doh!) hehe.  I just shoot her.  Just kidding buddy!

I was getting 1-hole 5-shot groups (some 4 out of 5) yesterday at 30dys once I found the right fill-pressure (2500psi was told by previous owner) where the gun was shooting with consistent velocities.
I put the Condor through the Chrony again yesterday with a fresh fill and it was shooting Kodiaks consistently at 990fps for 15-20 shots at the low setting of 2!  46fpe.  I then shot some Eley 31gr bullets I got on a trade for a box of CP's (I made out because these are $30 a tin!) and got 915fps - 57fpe after I had taken 15 shots with Kodiaks!  And that's almost at the lowest setting!  The Eley blasted through the 1st 2x4" and went into the 2nd 2x4 with ease.  I could see its skirt 1/4" inside the 2nd 2x4 board.  I then dialed it up to setting 4 and got 1105fps with the Kodiaks and the report from the Shroud was a bit louder so I backed it down to 2 again where it's nice and quiet.  I 'm afraid to see what this thing will do at power 6 or 8 :-)   I don't think I want to know what 80fpe is like from an airgun  :-)  I 'll stick to the 40's & 50's energy-wise until I get out to the range one of these days to do some 50-100yd shooting.

Where can I get a nice custom (black) forearm for these?  I have to look around.  The stock forearm grip sucks - too short and skinny and the dang threads in the frame strip very easily because the screws are metal and the frame aluminum.

Good luck with your new Talon!  Now all you have to do is get a Condor tank with the Hi-flow valve like I have ;)  Start thinking of the next mods, hehehe
