I am doing much better than expected, was a the docs last friday and he said it looked real good.
I now have to do therapy 3 time a week to start get motion back. he said Ok on using my arm but nothing  above the elbows and nothing over 5 lbs.

I tried shooting today but can't get my arm high enough to get to the trigger, so I shot a little left handed off the rest.

Could you put a stiff foam support under your elbow?
