new disco
« on: September 05, 2008, 02:11:00 PM »
Greetings to all from AZ,

Have been reading your site for months. To the administrators I say it's a tough job and you have all done well, thankyou.

Never posted to a group before and this is my third try. Wrote a scathingly brilliant reveiw/comparision of the disco and 22xx family with stratigies for improvement and lost connection and text :).
Made me wonder if that might be too much from someone you folks don't know anyway.

Hopefully I will sort out the net group posting thing and talk to you folks more.

thanks dave
It\'s OK to explain why it won\'t work, but I like to give the guys making it work plenty of room:)

Welcome to the GTA Dave. The Disco is very nice, after it's been tweaked a little here and there, it gets even better. Hope to see you often and if you hunt, be sure to make use of the hunting gate.

Thanks Mike,

I do, and have read the hunters posts. Don't want to get too far into the rifle as the end of sept. is a hunting trip to maine and my lovely bride is cautioning me a working rifle would be a good thing.

Have tried everything short of an email to the maine game and fish, but they don't seem to recognize airguns for small game as many states do.

would be a shame,  dave

Thanks Jeff and TCup, it's nice to be welcomed again, hehe. I did get a couple of nut robbers, with the disco yesterday, but couldn't find the camera so I didn't post it.

Dave, download them onto your computer, then resize them in jpeg format, so they are smaller than 100kb file size. Then when you make a post, before clicking submit, click on attatch file after posting, find the pic you want and submit it. Very simple after you do it a time or 2.

sounds easy Mike,

A few years ago someone decided to raise homing pigeons and have since moved on. the birds however went feral and stayed. All I need to do is set my Labs bowl out and there will be plenty of volunteers for picture taking. They don't know about My new Disco so let's all keep that a secret HeHe

I'd like to have a Disco, just for the heck of it. I just don't have the money right now.

Can't impress upon her the need for a cronograph, can't understand :)

That must be a scope from Texas! I have honestly never seen a scope that big. Is that some kind of shroud on the front? I must admit, I am really tempted to get a Disco .22. I'm looking at if it's possible to export one from the USA to Spain, but knowing my luck there will be a hidden law that forbids it!
