For those of the Two Wheeled persuasion....
« on: October 08, 2008, 04:14:19 AM »
Here are my 2 Babies.

The black one is a 2007 Yamaha Warrior Midnight. She looks a bit different now. The water heater is gone and she's wearing a set of small sized saddle bags, T-Bars and Cobra LowBoy Shotgun pipes.

The Blue & White one is a 2002 Suzuki GSXR 1000. Had her since new and after many many miles and LOTS of tire changes later...She still looks good!

Let's see all the bikes out there! I KNOW I'm not the only one! hehe

I'm a big fan of cruiser bikes.

Owned a CX500 at one time and also a sport bike.
Guess which one I ended up crashing the most.

My last bike was real fast CR125 which I sold last year, wish I didn't.
I think I've owned at least 12 different motorcycles.

I really like that Yamaha looks real good.

And various other pistols too

Thanks Joe!

Peak, I LOVE your bike!!! I was in the market for one fo those when I bought my Warrior, but there wasn't any to be had in my area for a reasonable price. I used to have a '78 Z1-R Lawson Replica that I built about 10 years back. GREAT bike! They just don't make em like the any more.

I somehow find that a little hard to believe, Stephanie, would you marry me?  Oh, wait, never mind, I think my wife would probably object :-).  No pics at the moment, but I have a (currently dead) 1980 Yamaha 750 Virago in my shop.  Made the mistake of leaving it with one of my sisters, she was going to learn to ride and keep it in her garage.  It ended up spending 6 or 7 years parked next to a laurel hedge in the Seattle area :-(.  Custom leather seat pretty much disintegrated, and it won't start.  Other things have gotten in the way of getting it back on the road, but with gas prices being what they are, it's now officially on my winter project list :-).  Owned a fair number of other bikes over the years, but my favorite has to have been my chopped '71 750 Honda.  Love that in line 4!  Later.

Dave

Stephanie that is a excellent riding area that you just mentioned . My current ride is a 2005 Honda Saber 1000 that taken me to Alaska and back . The bike before it was a 1994 1000 Honda Shadow that clocked a 164,000 on it with out ever having and engine work on it but a clutch at about 110,000 . Yes it was very tired when I retired it . But it served me well . I toured very state west of the Mississippi river and Canada once on it. Marvin

Here are a few bikes that J has owned or still owns. I have enjoyed riding the drifter with J.
I never rode the Kawasaki but my sons have it really went fast. I have driven K100 dirt bike
but nothing bigger than that. But I would love to!  :)
I never thought I would be an air gun shooter, a big bore toting, ram shooting, motorcycle riding girl. :) But it\'s all good!!!

Stephanie,Batgirl never showed who she was to the public,I would never ask you to show yourself(besides I have spoke with you a few times & have already put a face to the voice) I was suggesting wearing a  Batgirl  costume & still keep your secret safe :o  :p  :)  :D
