I have renewed a very old friendship and as I talked about my interest in air rifles my friend became interested and asked my advice on what to get. Actually, what he said was, "What should I get and if you get one I will too." Well, something to that effect and over several conversations.
What I had told him was that from what I could tell, the B-26 seems unusually popular especially the MM lube tuned B-26's. Based on what I've read it is a safe purchase. It looks to me like the CZ452 is to rimfires. CZ rimfires are the best bang for the buck in sporting rimfire bolt action rifles. I can shoot surprisingly similar scores with my CZ Trainer that I shoot with my Anschutz 1907 and the Annie was 9 X's the cost of the CZ.
I hit the order button for two 26's. Do I need to order a scope stop, or just rings with a stop pin? I'm looking forward to having a better springer.
