Today after work, I decided it was time to take a look inside my hot-rod shooter (my beloved Sierra-Pro)that ain't running like she used to. The worst part of the ordeal was removing the scope. Not for damage, but because I had it set for so long, and zeroed in as bout as good as I could ever get for hunting. But anyways,...after removing the broken trigger assembly and sliding the custom spun delrin guide out,...I removed the Tarantulla spring and measured it. It was 9 1/4" at a full expansion. Does this sound like the spring has lost its "punch"? I looked at the ARH site but it doesn't give a spring length,...just coil count, wire diameter, and ID/OD dimensions. I tried to pull the piston out, but without useing a allen wrench to budge it,..it felt like it still had a tight seal within the compression chamber. Any thoughts or ideas would be great!!!! Thanks, tjk
