Pete, I've dove in waters close to here, but not quite in the same spot. Visibility is 50-70 meters at 60-80 feet. Once you go deeper, all the surface dwelling marine life starts to choke out the light pretty quiclkly.
Those man made reefs are on the bottom in 110 feet of water. That was part of an old oil platform. I have a few pics of Japanese Reefs and an old Navy Tender that was sunk for a reef. Also an old United Airlines twin prop passenger plane.
For wreck dives, this is probably one of the best spots from what I've been told. For more of a Nature/Reef dive, then Hanauma Bay is where you wanna go. The water there is so clear and TEEMING with life!
