You should talk to Gene, the TF89 is supposed to respond.really well to a tune, and tunes do help with srping tourque and smoothing out the shooting cycle and that would certainly helps with accuracy. But I think any powerful springer is going to be hold sensitive that's not nessesarially a bad thing though, it just makes us practice more. Cheers + good shooting

My .22 TF-89 is very hold sensitive also when shooting  from any kind of shooting bench, however shooting off hand she's a tack driver.   This fact doesn't bother my though because I use the gun for hunting and when I'm hunting I'm not sitting at a shooting bench :)

The gun is also extremely powerful,,,, pushes JSB's around 820 fps.  Took me awhile to find the right pellet for her as well, but once I started feeding her the JSB's she was very happy...  my gun is currently stock.....

I am so dissapointed my TF89 came today and I cleaned it all up and started to put pellets through it, the first 20 go off without a hitch then I went to cock it and the barrel would not lock up at the end of the stroke, come to find out the safety was not automaticlly engaing anymore and the stock cracked in two places, I was really upset because this was a beautiful gun, the stock was awesome and it didn't have a harsh firing cycle and I could tell that it had some power, it was twice as hard to cock as my B26 and shot hard, also the breech had rust around it and the seal was just a small O ring that looked like it was pinched in one spot, I'm calling them in the morning, I hope they can send me a better example than this, I had such high hopes for this gun
