Limped to Ponchatoula for the comp this past weekend. My bbq buddies unloaded and set up my stuff for me and when it was over they helped me pack it all up. You meet the nicest people competing at these bbq comps. My pnumonia is slowly going away and I would call myself 80%. Doc said I could go but no drinking. Just try cooking all weekend without drinking a beer!!! I did it though and managed to get some rest in the down times. Hit the sack at 2200 each night.
Anyway here are the chicken, ribs, and brisket. The ribs won me $75.00 with 10th place. Brisket was 11th and the chicken, well I just don't know. It tasted fabulous to me?
