Just got one of the Airguns of Arizona 34P combo rifles. Very nice. Sighted it in at 20 yards and proceeded to miss a dozen or more red wing blackbirds on cattail heads and stalks in the slougs in the breeze at 30-60 yards. Did get a nice feel for cocking, loading and how it kicks. Finally got one about 20 yeards away and nailed her. Shot & plop right into the water.
A question about the sharp edges and manufacturing lines on the synthetic stock. Can I use a dremel tool to smooth out the line and take the sharp edge off under the barrel without causing any problems, melting or whatever? The edges could use some smoothing but I don't want to ruin it or melt trying to mooth them a bit.
Thanks in advance. I like the rifle. AofA got the order Friday and I have it today, Arizona to North Dakota. All nice and new and it looks good. Maybe I will have to press my shirts now before going out shooting or get a new hat so I look as spiffy as the rifle & scope combo?
