I did some research....this may be handy to many of you regardless of the city you live in. I went to

Sec. 21-13. Missiles.
It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to throw stones or other missiles, or to shoot with a bow and arrow, or to shoot or discharge any stone or other missile with or from a sling or from an elastic spring.

You may want to do a search for noise in the code...that may cover using PCPs and Pumpers that are loud. There are some references in the health code about disposing of animal waste properly...ie pick up and dispose my grackles : (
When I hunt semi-publicly I try to be as discrete as possible. I think a random cop would probably still arrest me and sort out the law later. Worst case scenario would be a hefty ticket...I think. Of course shooting on my property or anyone elses property with permission, as long as I don't make too much noise, is completely kosher.
